製品概要
ADL5309ACBZ is a logarithmic converter. It contains a dual monolithic logarithmic transimpedance amplifier that is optimized for measuring low-frequency and wide dynamic range optical signal power in fibre optic systems. This device produces highly accurate, temperature compensated output voltages that are proportional to the logarithm of the ratio between the input current at the INP1 and INP2 pins and the internally generated reference currents. The logarithmic slope and intercept are both accurately trimmed to a nominal value of 200mV/decade and 10pA, respectively. The low-impedance OUT1 and OUT2 logarithmic outputs have the capability to drive a wide range of analogue-to-digital converters (ADCs) and other circuits. Applications include automatic test equipment, optical power monitoring, machine automation, optical modules.

- Integrated 14-bit ADC, requires minimal external components
- Input current range is 10pA minimum at (pin B1 = INP1 and pin C1 = INP2)
- Small signal bandwidth is 75KHz typical at (TA = 25°C)
- Quiescent current is 57mA typical at (INP1 and IINP2 = 1μA)
- Power supply rejection ratio is 26dB typical at (INP1 and IINP2 = 100pA at 60Hz)
- Output noise is 6.6LSB rms typical at (IINP1, IINP2 = 1μA)
- Short circuit output current is 32mA typical at (INP1 and IINP2 = 1nA, VOUT1 and VOUT2 = 0.7V)
- Positive supply voltage range from 2.85V to 5.25V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C, 20-ball WLCSP package
