製品概要
AD8314 is a complete low cost subsystem for the measurement and control of RF signals in the frequency range of 100MHz to 2.7GHz, with a typical dynamic range of 45dB, intended for use in a wide variety of cellular handsets and other wireless devices. It provides a wider dynamic range and better accuracy than possible using discrete diode detectors. Its high sensitivity allows control at low power levels, thus reducing the amount of power that needs to be coupled to the detector. This device provides two voltage outputs. The first, V-UP, increases from close to ground to about 1.2V as the input signal level increases from 1.25mV to 224mV. This output is intended for use in measurement mode. It is used in application such as cellular handsets (TDMA, CDMA, GSM), RSSI and TSSI for wireless terminal devices, transmitter power measurement and control etc.

- Temperature-stable linear-in-dB response accurate to 2.7GHz
- Response time is 70ns typical at (10% to 90%, 10dB step)
- Input current when HI is 20µA typical at (2.7V at ENBL, −40°C ≤ TA ≤ +85°C)
- Quiescent current is 4.5mA typical
- Full-scale settling time is 150ns typical
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C
- Package style is 8-lead MSOP
