VDMR10C0

The VDMR10C0 from Vishay is a VDM.10.0 series 10mm SMD seven segment LED display in a very compact package. This LED utilizes AlInGaP on GaAs chip technology. It is evenly lighted segments with grey package surface. It is suitable for DC, high peak current and used in panel meters, point-of-sale terminals and control units.

• Common cathode circuitry
• Super red colour LED
• Luminous intensity of 650μcd (typ) at IF = 1mA
• Wavelength of 631nm (typ) at IF = 20mA
• Maximum forward voltage of 2.6V at IF = 20mA
• Untinted segments
• Wide viewing angle, angle of half intensity is ±50°
• Power dissipation per segment is 70mW
