CAT24AA01TDI-GT3

The CAT24AA01TDI-GT3 is a 1KB I2C CMOS serial EEPROM in 5 pin SOT-23 package. It is internally organized as 128 x 8bits. The device features 16byte page write buffer and supports standard (100KHz), fast (400KHz) and fast-plus (1MHz) I2C protocols. In contrast to the CAT24C01, the CAT24AA01 has no external address pins and it is therefore suitable in applications that require a single CAT24AA01 device on the I2C bus. It incorporates power−on reset (POR) circuitry which protects internal logic against powering up in wrong state. The device will power up into standby mode after VCC exceeds POR trigger level and will power down into reset mode when VCC drops below the POR trigger level.
