Product Overview

TL074CDT is a high-speed JFET input single operational amplifier. This JFET input operational amplifier incorporates well matched, high-voltage JFET and bipolar transistors in a monolithic integrated circuit. This device features high slew rates, low input bias and offset currents, and low offset voltage temperature coefficient.
  • Wide common-mode (upto VCC+) and differential voltage range
  • Low input bias and offset currents, output short-circuit protection
  • High input impedance JFET input stage, internal frequency compensation
  • Latch-up free operation, high slew rate is 16V/µs typical
  • Supply voltage range from 6V to 36V, input offset voltage is 3mV typical
  • Input bias current is 30pA typical at (VCC = ±15V, Tamb = +25°C)
  • Low noise is 15nV/√Hz typical, low harmonic distortion is 0.01% typ
  • Gain bandwidth product is 3MHz typical at (VCC = ±15V, Tamb = +25°C)
  • Supply current is 1.4mA typical at (VCC = ±15V, Tamb = +25°C)
  • Operating temperature range from 0°C to +70°C, SO-14 package
