Product Overview
PMEG3005EGWX is a planar schottky barrier rectifier with an integrated guard ring for stress protection encapsulated in a small SOD123 Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package. The applications include low voltage rectification, high-efficiency DC-to-DC conversion, switch mode power supply, reverse polarity protection, and low power consumption applications.
- Average forward current is 0.5A max (δ = 0.5; f = 20KHz; square wave; Tsp ≤ 145°C)
- Reverse voltage is 30V max (Tj = 25°C), reverse current is 40µA typ (VR = 30V; pulsed; Tj = 25°C)
- Forward voltage is 380mV typ (IF = 500mA; tp ≤ 300µs; δ ≤ 0.02; Tj = 25°C)
- Repetitive peak forward current is 7A max (tp ≤ 1ms; δ ≤ 0.25)
- Non-repetitive peak forward current is 10A max (tp = 8ms; square wave; Tj(init) = 25°C)
- Reverse breakdown voltage is 30V min (IR = 1mA; tp ≤ 300µs; δ ≤ 0.02;Tj = 25°C)
- Diode capacitance is 55pF typ (VR = 1V; f = 1MHz; Tj = 25°C)
- Reverse current is 12µA typ (VR = 10V; pulsed; Tj = 25°C)
- 2 lead SOD123 package, ambient temperature range from -55 to 150°C
