V62/05614-01XE is a four LVDS data line high speed differential receiver. It offers the widest common-mode input voltage range in the industry. This receiver provide an input voltage range specification compatible with a 5-V PECL signal as well as an overall increased ground-noise tolerance. Precise control of the differential input voltage thresholds allows for the inclusion of 50mV of input voltage hysteresis to improve noise rejection on slowly changing input signals. The input threshold is still no more than +50mV over the full input common-mode voltage range.

- Enhanced diminishing manufacturing sources (DMS) support
- Enhanced product-change notification, qualification pedigree
- 400Mbps signalling rate and 200Mxfr/s data transfer rate, operates with a single 3.3V supply
- Common mode input voltage range from -4V to 5V
- Integrated 110 ohm line termination resistors on LVDT products, TTL inputs is 5V tolerant
- Complies with TIA/EIA-644 (LVDS), active failsafe assures a high-level output with no input
- Bus-pin ESD protection exceeds 15KV HBM, input remains high impedance on power down
- Pin-compatible with the AM26LS32, site, one fabrication site SN65LVDS32B, µA9637, SN65LVDS9637B
- 16pin SOIC package, temperature range from -55 to 125°C
