The high-performance CIPOS Maxi intelligent power modules (IPMs) integrate various power and control components to increase reliability, optimize PCB size and system costs.The product concept is especially adapted to power applications, which need excellent thermal performance and electrical isolation as well as meeting EMI requirements and overload protection.

  • Current rating from 5 A to 10 A, power rating up to 1.8 kW
  • 3-phase IGBT configuration including gate driver
  • Fully isolated dual in-line molded module with DCB
  • 1200 V TRENCHSTOP IGBT 4
  • Under-voltage lockout for all channels
  • Rugged 1200 V SOI gate driver technology
  • Programmable fault clear timing
  • All of six switches turn-off during protection
  • Smallest package size in 1200 V IPM class with high power density and best performance
  • Applications: Fans, Drives, Pumps, PFC, HVAC Blower
