Printed circuit board socket strips on a .100in pitch have been a staple of the electronics industry for decades. Samtec has brought them up to date with the high retention, cost-effective Tiger Buy contact. Available in surface mount and through-hole , these versatile sockets are ideal for new designs and retrofit applications.

  • Up to 8 Gbps performance
  • Contact System: Tiger Buy
  • Orientation: Vertical, right-angle
  • Termination: Through-hole, surface mount
  • Special Features: Standard and low insertion force contacts with standard solder tails
  • Current Rating: 4.7 A per pin (2 pins powered)
  • Operating Temp Range: -55 °C to +125 °C with Gold, -55 °C to +105 °C with Tin
  • Voltage Rating: 465 VAC / 655 VDC
  • Applications: Single, double and triple row up to 150 pins
