Product Overview
The TC164-FR-0710KL from Yageo(Phycomp) is a TC164(concave) series chip resistor array in 8 pin package. This integrated discrete resistor can effectively reduce PCB space with high component reliability and are more efficient for pick & place application. It is used in terminal for SDRAM and DDRAM, computer applications, PDA, PND and mobile equipments.
- 4 x 0603 standard package
- Resistance is 10Kohm with ±1% tolerance
- Maximum working voltage is 50V and power rating is 62.5mW
- Maximum overload voltage is 100V and dielectric withstanding voltage is 100V
- Temperature coefficient is ±200ppm/°C
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to 155°C
- Forbidden materials are not used in products/production
