Product Overview
1769405141 is a MagI³C-FISM fixed isolated SIP / SMT module. The FISM power module family is an unregulated, functional isolated, fully integrated DC/DC converter. The module integrates the switching power stage, control circuitry, transformer and input/output capacitors. The module requires no external components for operation thus reducing design effort and complexity to a minimum. It ensures fast time to market and low development costs. This complies with EN55032 (CISPR-32) class B conducted and radiated emissions standard. It includes over temperature, overcurrent, output overvoltage, input overvoltage, input reverse polarity protection. Application includes data acquisition, test and measurement systems, interface and microcontroller supplies, industrial control. Approved by UL62368-1.
- Current capability up to 0.4A, nominal input voltage rail is 5V
- Output voltage is 5V unregulated, continuous output power is 2W
- 3KVDC functional isolation for 60s, isolation capacitance of 20pF typ
- No minimum load required, integrated CIN, COUT and transformer
- Dynamic power boost up to 560mA for 0.5s, typical low output voltage ripple is 50mV at full load
- Typical output voltage accuracy is +3% / -2.5%
- Operating switching frequency is 600kHz, typical efficiency is 85%(VIN= 5V, IOUT = 400mA)
- Operating ambient temperature range from -40°C to 105°C
