The VS-15MQ040NTRPBF is a high performance Schottky Rectifier features extremely low forward voltage, compact size and improved reverse blocking voltage capability. The Q series Schottky rectifier is designed to be used for low power applications where a reverse voltage of 40V is encountered and surface mountable is required.

  • 0.26V Threshold voltage
  • 64.6mΩ Forward slope resistance
  • 134pF Typical junction capacitance
  • 80°C/W Junction to ambient maximum thermal resistance
