The VOW137-X017T is a 1-channel 8-pin High Speed Optocoupler consists of a GaAlAs infrared emitting diode, optically coupled with an integrated photodetector. The detector incorporating an integral Faraday shield provides a high level of noise isolation, required by high power switching applications. It features high level of isolation distance and exhibiting an external creepage distance of
- Reinforced isolation
- Internal shield for very high input to output noise isolation
- 20mA Average forward current
- 5V Reverse input voltage
