Product Overview
The CNS 471 series from Vishay are decade divider, single-in-line through hole thin film resistor networks (standard). Using these integrated thin film networks instead of discrete resistor sets, designers gain several advantages including smaller size, better overall tracking, greater reliability and lower cost. The CNS 471 series has absolute TCR of
- Resistance value ranges from 100 ohm to 10Mohm
- 5 decades: 1Kohm to 9Mohm, 6 decades: 100 ohm to 9Mohm
- Tight TCR tracking down to 2.5ppm typical
- Low voltage coefficient is
0.02ppm/V, working voltage is 1200V - Low noise index is
- 30dB - High stability is 0.01% on ratio (1000 h at Pn at +70°C)
- Power rating per resistor is 0.1W, power rating per package is 0.6W at 0°C to 70°C
- Absolute tolerance is ±1% at 0°C to 70°C, ratio tolerance is ±0.03%, ±0.05%, ±0.1%
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
