Product Overview
The TEN 3-4823WI from Tracopower is a TEN 3WI series 3W DC to DC converter in 24 pin DIP plastic package. It features ultra-wide 4:1 input voltage. A high efficiency allows operation ambient temperatures of –40°C to +70°C at full load. A built-in EMI input filter complies with EN 55022, class A without need of external components. Further standard features include over voltage protection and continuous short circuit protection. Typical applications for these converters are battery operated equipment and distributed power architectures in communication, instrumentation and industrial electronics, everywhere where isolated, tightly regulated voltages are required.
- Input voltage range from 18VDC to 75VDC (48VDC nominal)
- Output voltage is ±15VDC
- Maximum output current is ±100mA
- Typical efficiency is 82%
- I/O isolation voltage is 1500VDC, typical I/O isolation capacitance is 380pF
- I/O isolation resistance is
1000Mohm at (500VDC), excellent load and line regulation - Input current at no load is 10mA typical, input current at full load is 75mA
- Switching frequency is 350KHz
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
