Product Overview
TA75W393FU,LF(T is a silicon monolithic bipolar linear integrated circuit (dual voltage comparator). This device consist of two independent voltage comparators that are designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltage. Normal operation from dual supplies is also to be guaranteed on voltage range from ±1V to ±18V. VCC is necessary at least more 1.5V volts than the input common-mode voltage. The output can be connected to other open collector outputs to achieve wired-OR relationship.
- Compatible to TA75393F, output can be connected to achieve wired-OR relation
- Output compatible with TTL, DTL, MOS and CMOS logic system
- Low supply current is 0.8mA typical at (VCC = 5V, VEE = GND, Ta = 25°C)
- Low input offset voltage is ±2mV typical at (VCC = 5V, VEE = GND, Ta = 25°C)
- Input offset voltage is 2mV typical at (VCC = 5V, VEE = GND, Ta = 25°C)
- Input bias current is 5nA typical at (VCC = 5V, VEE = GND, Ta = 25°C)
- Voltage gain is 200V/mV typical at (VCC = 5V, VEE = GND, Ta = 25°C)
- Response time is 1.3μs typical at (RL = 5.1Kohm, CL = 15pF)
- Sink current is 16mA typical at (IN (+) = 0V, IN (−) = 1V, VOL = 1.5V)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, SSOP8 package
