One each of probe( THP05 - needle Probe for penetration of semi-solid products, THS02 - surface Probe, THA12 – Flat Food/Pallet Probe for temperature testing between cartons or boxes. Can also be used for testing the temperature of liquids, THA02 – still air probe ideal for testing fridges, ovens and heating cabinets, TH01 – handle for the above probes which enables the user to convert the plug mounted probes into standard length probes).
