TT-HX 312 is a 1:1/10:1 passive modular probe. It comes with a convenient switch in the probe handle that lets you switch between a 1:1 and 10:1 attenuation ratio.
- 350MHz (10:1), 10MHz (1:1) bandwidth
- 1nsec (10:1), 35nsec (1:1) rise time
- 10Mohm, 13pF(10:1) and 1Mohm, 47pF(1.1) input impedance
- Measurement Category II rated
- 1.2m cable length
