Product Overview
1-2071582-2 is an ECP600B series high-voltage DC contractor. It is designed for control in high-voltage environments like battery energy storage systems, solar inverters, and EV charging applications. It can be used in 1500VDC voltage systems, and the enhanced insulation distance meets the requirement of UL60947-4-1 and IEC60947- 4-1 standards. The contacts provided in this series allow bi-directional load and are hermetically sealed with ceramic sealing technology, making it safer and more reliable. It is used in applications such as battery energy storage systems, photovoltaic inverters, power conversion system, and megawatt EV DC charger.
- Normally open, with auxiliary contacts (N.O.) contact form
- Bottom mounting position, 24VDC coil, dual coil control mode
- Hermetically sealed with ceramic technology, allows bi-directional load
- Dual coil design withholding 5.0W of power, equipped with auxiliary contact
- Compatibility with DC-1 utilization category in IEC60947-4-1
- Continuous current carrying capacity of upto 800A
- Enhanced breaking capacity up to 1500VDC at 1000A
- UL, TUV approval, 1Form X (SPST-NO-DM) contact arrangement
- Mechanical life is 200,000 cycles, 18VDC operate voltage
- Ambient temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
