ND130 is a ND series differential pressure sensor for industrial applications. Based on Superior’s NimbleSense™ architecture, ND series family extends operating temperature down to ‐20 and up to 85°C, while increasing pressures up to 5psi (345mBar). Additionally, ND utilizes company’s proprietary Multi‐Range™ technology to create industry’s widest dynamic range. It offers multiple pressure ranges in single package thus minimizing number of sensor variants required to support demanding functional requirements of various industrial market segments. It is ideal for wide variety of industrial applications from air curtains to aeronautics, from environmental chambers to eye surgery equipment and from UAVs to 3D printing. Constructed with high reliability plastic enclosure. It provides ideal combination of very high performance and reliability at extended temp ranges while ensuring customers have high volume, cost effective solution optimized for wide array of industrial requirements.
- Highly integrated sensor with ADC and DSP
- 16bit resolution (each selected range), exceptional zero stability, integrated 50/60Hz notch filter
- 1-200Hz, selectable bandwidth filter, output data rate up to 444Hz
- Very high accuracy +/‐ 0.05% of selected range, long term stability +/‐ 0.05% FSS
- Silicon gel protection on psi rated models, temperature compensated range from ‐20°C to 85°C
- Fully integrated compensation math, standard I2C and SPI interface
- Supply voltage range from 2.8V to 3.5V, life cycle of 1M pressure cycles
- Low pressure (inH2O ranges), ±2.0 to ±30 inH2O specified FS range extents
- 700 inH2O common mode pressure, 100 inH2O proof pressure, 200 inH2O burst pressure
- 1.0 to 200Hz BW corner frequency extent
