Product Overview
TSV794IDT is a quad-channel, 50MHz-bandwidth unity-gain-stable amplifier. The rail-to-rail input stage and the slew rate of 30V/µs make the device ideal for low-side current measurement. The excellent accuracy provided by maximum input voltage of 200µV allows amplifying accurately small amplitude input signal. It can operate from a 2.2V to 5.5V single supply. It is used in applications such as high bandwidth low-side and high-side current sensing, photodiode transimpedance amplification, A/D converters input buffers, power management in solar-powered systems, and power management in automotive applications.
- Wide supply voltage range from 2.2V to 5.5V
- Accuracy of measurement virtually unaffected by noise or input bias current
- Signal conditioning for high frequencies, input offset voltage is 200µV maximum
- Input bias current is 1pA typical (T = 25°C)
- Input voltage noise density is 6.5nV/√Hz typical (f = 10KHz)
- Gain bandwidth product is 50MHz typical (RL = 10Kohm, CL = 22pF)
- Slew rate is 30V/µs typical (RL = 10Kohm, CL = 22pF, AV = 1V/V, 10 % to 90 %)
- Supply current (by operational amplifier) is 5.5mA typical (T = 25°C)
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 120dB typical (VCC- ≤ Vicm ≤ VCC+ - 2V, T = 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, SO14 package
