Product Overview
TSV7722IDT is a dual channel, 22MHz-bandwidth, low offset, low-rail unity gain-stable amplifier. It operates from 1.8V to 5.5V single supply and it is fully specified on a load of 47pF, therefore allowing easy usage as an A/D converter input buffer. It offers rail-to-rail output and, an excellent speed/power consumption ratio. It also features an ultra-low input bias current that enables connection to photodiodes and other sensors where current is the key value to be measured. This feature makes the device ideal for high-accuracy, high-bandwidth sensor interfaces. It is used in applications such as low-side current measurement, photodiode amplifiers, automotive current measurement and sensor signal conditioning, strain gauges signal conditioning.
- High accuracy input offset voltage is 50µV typ at (VCC+ = 3.3V, T = 25°C)
- Input bias current is 2pA maximum at (VOUT = VCC/2, T = 25°C)
- Equivalent input noise voltage is 7nV/√Hz typical at (f = 10KHz, T = 25°C)
- Wide supply voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V
- Output rail-to-rail, input common-mode range includes low rail
- High frequency signal conditioning, optimized accuracy for low-side current sensing
- Gain bandwidth product is 21MHz typical at (CL = 47pF, T = 25°C)
- Slew rate is 11V/µs typical at (CL = 47pF, T = 25°C)
- Supply current (per channel) is 1.7mA typical at (VOUT = VCC/2, RL
