Product Overview
TSV771ILT is a high bandwidth, low offset, rail-to-rail 5V unity gain-stable op-amplifier. The rail-to-rail input stage and the slew rate of 10.5V/µs make it ideal for low-side current measurement. The excellent accuracy provided by a maximum input voltage of 200µV allows amplifying accurately small-amplitude input signal. It can operate from a 2.0V to 5.5V single supply and it is fully characterized for an output capacitor of 47pF, therefore allowing easy usage as A/D converters input buffer. Application includes high bandwidth low-side and high-side current sensing, photodiode amplifiers, A/D converters input buffers, power management in solar-powered systems, automotive high bandwidth signal conditioning, active filters.

- 13nV/√Hz typical input voltage noise density (f = 1KHz, VCC = 5.0V, Vicm = VOUT = VCC / 2, T = 25°C)
- 13V/µs typical slew rate (AV = 1V/V, 10% to 90%, VCC = 5.0V, Vicm = VOUT = VCC / 2, T = 25°C)
- Supply voltage range from -0.3 to 6.0V
- Rail-to-rail input and output, 4kV HBM ESD tolerance
- Input common-mode range includes low rail, signal conditioning for high frequencies
- Accuracy of measurement virtually unaffected by noise or input bias current
- 5 lead SOT23 package, operating free air temperature range from -40 to +125°C
