Product Overview
TSV631AILT is a single CMOS operational amplifier offering low voltage, low power operation, and rail-to-rail input and output. This device has a very low input bias current and a low offset voltage making them ideal for applications that require precision. It can operate at power supplies ranging from 1.5V to 5.5V and therefore very suitable for battery powered devices, extending battery life. This op-amp features an excellent speed/power consumption ratio, offering an 880KHz gain bandwidth while consuming only 60µA at a 5V supply voltage. The device is internally adjusted to provide very narrow dispersion of AC and DC parameters. The TSV630 provides a shutdown function. All devices are offered in micropackages and are guaranteed for industrial temperature ranges from -40°C to 125°C. Typical applications include battery-powered applications, portable devices, active filtering and medical instrumentation.

- Low power consumption of 60µA typ at 5V and high output current of 63mA at VCC = 5V
- Unity gain stability
- Low power shutdown mode of 5nA typ
- 1pA typ low input bias current
- 2μV/°C max input offset voltage drift and 0.27V/μsn slew rate
- Automotive qualification
- 790KHz gain bandwidth product at RL = 2Kohm, CL = 100 pF, f = 100KHz
- 48° phase margin and 11dB gain margin at RL = 2Kohm, CL = 100pF
- 5 pin SΟΤ23 package and operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
