Product Overview
TSU111RILT is a TSU111IY high accuracy (150μV) 5V CMOS operational amplifier. It offers an ultra low power consumption per channel of 920nA typical and 1.3µA maximum when supplied by 3.3V. Combined with a supply voltage range of 1.5V to 5.5V, this features to be efficiently supplied by a coin type Lithium battery or a regulated voltage in low-power applications. Application includes battery management system: ultra-low power op-amp detects when battery is charging/discharging and wakes up CPU, on-board chargers, signal conditioning for energy harvesting, and wireless chargers.
- Sub-micro ampere current consumption is Icc = 920nA (typical, at 25°C)
- Low-frequency, peak-to-peak input noise is 4.6µVpp (typ, bandwidth f = 0.1 to 10Hz)
- Low supply voltage range from 1.5V to 5.5V
- Gain bandwidth is 9KHz (typ, RL = 1 Mohm, CL = 60pF)
- Rail-to-rail input and output
- Low input bias current is 10pA maximum at 25°C
- High tolerance to ESD 4KV HBM
- High accuracy without calibration, tolerance to power supply transient drops
- Unity gain frequency is 5.5KHz (typ, RL = 1 Mohm, CL = 60pF, Tamb = 25°C)
- SOT23-5 package, temperature range from -40°C to +125°C (industrial grade)
