Product Overview
TSU111IYCT is an automotive grade, nanopower, high accuracy CMOS operational amplifier. It offers an ultra low power consumption per channel of 920nA typical and 1.3µA maximum when supplied by 3.3V. Combined with a supply voltage range of 1.5 V to 5.5 V, these features allow the TSU111IY to be efficiently supplied by a coin type Lithium battery or a regulated voltage in low-power applications. The high accuracy of 150µV maximum and 9KHz gain bandwidth make the TSU111IY ideal for sensor signal conditioning, battery management system, on-board (OBC) and wireless chargers. Applications include battery management system: ultra-low power op-amp detects when battery is charging/discharging and wakes up CPU, on-board chargers, signal conditioning for energy harvesting, wireless chargers.
- AEC-Q100 qualified
- Supply current (per channel), no load, Vout = VCC/2 is 840nA typ (T = 25°C)
- Input offset voltage is 150µV max (T = 25°C, (VCC+) = 1.8V)
- Gain bandwidth product is 9KHz typ (RL = 1Mohm, CL = 60pF, Tamb = 25°C)
- Low supply voltage range from 1.5 to 5.5V
- Rail-to-rail input and output, high tolerance to ESD: 4KV HBM
- Input bias current is 1pA typ (T = 25°C, (VCC+) = 1.8V)
- More than 25 years of typ equivalent lifetime supplied by 220mA.h CR2032 coin-type Lithium battery
- High accuracy without calibration, tolerance to power supply transient drops
- SC70-5 package, automotive grade operating temperature range from -40 to +125°C
