Product Overview
TSB952IYDT is a high-speed dual-operational amplifier featuring an extended supply voltage operating range and rail-to-rail output. It also has an excellent speed/current consumption ratio because it is a 52MHz gain-bandwidth product, consuming less than 3.3mA per channel at 36V supply voltage. The TSB952 operates over a wide temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, making this device ideal for industrial and automotive applications with the associated qualifications. Thanks to its small package size, the TSB952 can be used in applications where space on the board is limited. It can thus reduce the overall cost of the PCB. Applications include industrial, power supplies, automotive.
- Unity gain stable, rail-to-rail output, EMI hardened
- Input common-mode voltage includes ground
- Wide supply voltage from 4.5 to 36V
- Input offset voltage is ±3mV maximum (VCC = 5 V, Vicm = VCC/2, T = 25°C)
- Input bias current is 1pA typical (VCC = 5 V, Vicm = VCC/2, T = 25°C)
- Supply current (per channel) is 2.2mA typical at (No load, VOUT = VCC/2,VCC = 5V)
- Gain bandwidth product IS 47MHz typical at (RL = 10Kohm, CL = 22pF, VCC = 5V)
- Slew rate is 26V/µs typical at (RL = 10Kohm, CL = 22pF, AV = 1V/V, 10% to 90%, VCC = 5V)
- Equivalent input noise density is 16nV/√Hz typical at (f = 100KHz, VCC = 5V)
- Wide temperature range from -40 °C to +125°C, SO8 package
