Product Overview
TSB514IDT is a 6MHz bandwidth amplifier. It features rail-to-rail input and output, which are guaranteed to operate from 2.7V to 36V single supply as well as from ± 1.35V to ± 18V dual supplies. This amplifier have the advantage of offering a large span of supply voltage and a wide bandwidth. The combination of wide bandwidth, slew rate, low noise, rail-to-rail capability makes this useful in a wide variety of applications such as filters, power supply and motor control, actuator driving and resistive transducers, high-side and low-side current sensing, hall effect sensors, test and measurement equipment, industrial process control, stain gauge etc.
- Low offset voltage is 1.5mV maximum
- Slew rate is 3V/µs
- Low noise is 12nV/√Hz
- Integrated EMI filter
- 2kV HBM ESD tolerance
- Input offset current is 10nA at (VICM = VCC/2)
- Total harmonic distortion + noise is 0.0003 % at (RL = 10Kohm)
- Supply current (per channel) is 1.4mA at (no load, T = 25°C)
- Operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C
