Product Overview
TSB182IDT is a very high-precision, zero-drift, dual-operational amplifier. It can operate over an extended supply voltage range and features rail-to-rail output. It can operate over an extended supply voltage range and features rail-to-rail output. It offers an excellent speed/current consumption ratio with a 3MHz gain bandwidth product while consuming 650μA typically per operational amplifier on a large supply voltage range. It operates over a wide temperature range from -40°C to 125°C making this device ideal for industrial. Due to its small package size, it can be used in applications where space on the board is limited. It can thus reduce the overall cost of the PCB.
- Input offset voltage range from -20 to +20µV (T = 25°C, VCC = 5V, Vicm = VCC/2)
- Gain bandwidth product is 3MHz typ (RL = 10kohm, CL = 100pF)
- Supply current (per channel) is 650µA typ (No load, VOUT = VCC/2)
- Supply voltage range from 4 to 36V
- Slew rate is 2V/µs typical (T = 25°C)
- Equivalent input noise voltage is 24nV/√Hz typical (f = 1KHz)
- EMI hardened, high ESD tolerance: 4kV HBM
- Common mode rejection ratio is 130dB typ (Vicm = 0 to VCC -2 V, Vout = VCC/2)
- Total harmonic distortion + noise is 0.005% typ (f = 1KHz, G = 1, VOUT = 1Vpp)
- SO8 package, -40°C to 125°C extended temperature range
