Product Overview

The STTH1R06A is a Turbo 2 high voltage Rectifier Diode features ultrafast switching, low reverse recovery current, low thermal resistance and reduces switching and conduction losses. It is specially suited as boost diode in power factor correction circuitry.

  • 7A Forward RMS current
  • 30°C/W Junction-to-lead thermal resistance
  • 175°C Maximum operating junction temperature
