STM32F446RET6 is a high-performance ARM-based 32bit microcontroller. The Cortex-M4 core features RISC core operating at a frequency of up to 180MHz, floating point unit (FPU) single precision supporting all Arm® single-precision data-processing instructions and data types. It also implements a full set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) that enhances application security. It offer three 12bit ADCs, two DACs, a low-power RTC, twelve general-purpose 16bit timers including two PWM timers for motor control, two general-purpose 32bit timers. These features make the microcontroller suitable for a wide range of applications, namely motor drive and control, medical equipment, industrial (PLC, inverters, circuit breakers), printers and scanners, alarm systems, video intercom and HVAC and home audio appliances.

- Clock, reset and supply management (1.7V to 3.6V application supply and I/Os)
- Low power: sleep, stop and standby modes
- Up to 17 timers: 2x watchdog, 1x SysTick timer, up to twelve 16bit and two 32bit timers up to 180MHz
- 8 to 14bit parallel camera interface up to 54Mbytes/s and 96bit unique ID
- CRC calculation unit and RTC: subsecond accuracy, hardware calendar
- Up to 20 communication interfaces
- Up to 114 I/O ports with interrupt capability
- 512Kbytes of flash memory, 128Kbytes of SRAM, dual mode QuadSPI interface
- 64 pins LQFP package and industrial temperature range -40 to 85°C
