Product Overview

LIS3DHHTR is LIS3DHH ultra-high-resolution and low noise three-axis linear accelerometer. It has a full scale of ±2.5g and is capable of providing the measured accelerations to the application through an SPI 4-wire digital interface. The sensing element is manufactured using a dedicated micromachining process developed by STMicroelectronics to produce inertial sensors and actuators on silicon wafers. The IC interface is manufactured using a CMOS process that allows a high level of integration to design a dedicated circuit that is trimmed to better match the characteristics of the sensing element. Application includes precision inclinometer, platform and antenna stabilization and levelling instruments.

  • 16-bit data output, SPI 4-wire digital output interface
  • Embedded temperature sensor, 12bit temperature data output
  • Embedded FIFO (depth 32 levels), high shock survivability
  • Supply voltage range from 1.71 to 3.6V (at Vdd = 2.8V, T = 25°C)
  • Supply current is 2.5mA (typ, at Vdd = 2.8V, T = 25°C)
  • SPI frequency is 5MHz (4-wire interface, at Vdd = 2.8V, T = 25°C)
  • Time for power supply rising range from 0.01 to 100ms (at Vdd = 2.8V, T = 25°C)
  • CC LGA-16 package, temperature range from -40 to +85°C
