Product Overview
IPS1025HF is single high-side switch IC able to drive capacitive, resistive or inductive loads with one side connected to ground. The 60V operating range and RDS-ON = 12mohm (typ), combined with the extended diagnostic (overload, overtemperature) and the
- 8.65V to 60V operating supply voltage range, 2.4A operating output current
- Smart driving of capacitive load, fast demagnetization of inductive loads
- Undervoltage lock-out, VCC overvoltage protection, ground disconnection protection
- Output overload and overtemperature protection, case overtemperature protection
- Overload and overtemperature event diagnostic pins
- Designed to meet IEC 61000-4-2, IEC 61000-4-4, IEC 61000-4-5
- Available in PowerSSO-24 package
- Offers two different sets of activation threshold and limitation levels (IPKH, ILIMH, IPKL, ILIML)
- IC diagnostics is based on FLT1 and FLT2 pins (both current source)
- Very low RDS-ON (≤ 25mohm, TJ=125°C), suitable for applications with up to 2.4A steady state current
