Product Overview
IIS2DULPXTR is an intelligent ultralow-power digital 3-axis, linear accelerometer for industrial applications. This accelerometer whose MEMS and ASIC have been expressly designed to combine the lowest supply current possible with features such as always-on antialiasing filtering, a finite state machine (FSM) and machine learning core (MLC) with adaptive self-configuration (ASC), and an analogue hub / Qvar sensing channel. The FSM and MLC with ASC deliver outstanding always-on, edge processing capabilities to the IIS2DULPX, while the analogue hub / Qvar sensing channel defines a new degree of system optimization. The IIS2DULPX MIPI I3C® target interface and embedded 128-level FIFO buffer complete a set of features that make this accelerometer a reference in terms of system integration from a standpoint of the BoM, processing, or power consumption. Suitable for industrial IoT and factory automation, asset tracking, portable healthcare devices and hearing aids, antitampering devices.

- Output data rate from 1.6Hz to 800Hz, bandwidth up to 400Hz
- High-speed I²C/SPI/MIPI I3C® digital output interface
- Ultralow supply current and low noise (down to 220μg/√Hz)
- Four operating modes: HP, LP, ULP and one-shot mode
- External clock input to allow perfect synchronization with multiple sensors or with a controller
- Integrated analogue hub/Qvar sensing channel, embedded temperature sensor
- Extended operating temperature range from -40 to +105°C
- Supply voltage range from 1.62V to 3.6V
- Small package: 2.0 x 2.0 x 0.74mm (max) LGA 12-lead
