Product Overview

The ESDA25B1RL is a Transil™ ESD Protection Device Array designed to protect components which are connected to data and transmission lines against EDS. It is particularly recommended for RS232 I/O port protection where the line interface withstands only 2kV ESD surges.
  • High ESD protection level up to 25kV

  • Suitable for high density boards
  • 150W at 8/20µs Peak pulse power
  • 6 Bidirectional ESD protection
  • 20pF at VRM Very low capacitance
