Product Overview
The Startech DP21-2M-DP40-CABLE is a High performance DisplayPort cable suitable for UHBR10-enabled devices and high resolution displays. DP40 Cables support 40Gb/s for up to 8K 60Hz video with DSC and 32-channel audio. The cable is VESA Certified for guaranteed compatibility and performance with DP 2.1 devices. This cable also features a flexible TPE outer jacket that is tested to withstand 600 bending cycles at 60° and routes easily around corners and desk edges.
- Supports resolutions up to 8K @60Hz w/DSC, 4K @120Hz or 1440p @240Hz with compatible hardware
- Display Stream Compression (DSC) 1.2a for maximum resolution output
- High Dynamic Range (HDR10) delivers vivid colours and higher contrast ratio
- HDCP 2.2 support for secure connection between source and display
- VESA Certified for seamless operation with DisplayPort 2.1 devices and backwards compatible with DP 2.0/1.4/1.2
- Multi-stream transport (MST) support for daisy-chaining multiple monitors
- Flexible TPE cable sleeve and nickel plated, latching connections
- Aluminium-mylar foil with braid shielding to reduce EMI interference
- 2 Year manufacturer warranty
