Product Overview
TM3AI4 is a Modicon TM3, analogue input module. It offers expansion I/O modules for Modicon M221, M241, M251 and M262. The analogue input module provides 4 inputs with 12bit + sign and 11bit resolution. It is an input module with a rated supply voltage of 24V DC and current consumption of 35mA at 5VDC via bus connector no load, 45mA at 5VDC via bus connector full load, and 30mA at 24VDC via external supply. This product is capable of controlling variable speed drives or any device equipped with a current or voltage input. There is an insulation between input and supply at 1500VAC, input and internal logic at 500VAC. It is furnished with a removable screw terminal for electrical connection with 3.18mm pitch adjustment for inputs and supply. It is an IP20-rated product. It meets EN/IEC 61131-2 and EN/IEC 61010-2-201 standards. It is certified by UKCA, RCM, EAC, cULus, cULus HazLoc.
- <= 50 ohm current, >= 1Mohm voltage input impedance
- 1ms + 1ms per channel + 1 controller cycle time conversion time
- 1ms sampling duration, temperature drift is +/- 0.006%FS/°C
- Repeat accuracy is +/-0.5%FS, non-linearity is +/- 0.2%FS
- <= 1LSB cross-talk, 24VDC rated supply voltage
- Supply voltage limits from 20.4 to 28.8V
- 1LED (green) for PWR local signalling
- Dimension is 90 x 70 x 23.6mm (H x D x W)
- Ambient air temperature from -10 to 55°C horizontal installation, -10 to 35°C vertical installation
