Product Overview
LC1D150BD is a TeSys D contactor for motor control applications up to 150A/1000V AC-3 (75kW at 400V). It provides a 24V DC coil with a transient suppressor module, 1NO+1NC built-in auxiliary contacts (NC mirror contact), power connection by screw connectors 2 inputs, and control connection by screw clamp terminals. It is approved by CSA C22.2 No 14, EN 60947-4-1, EN 60947-5-1, IEC 60947-4-1, IEC 60947-5-1, UL 508 standards. It is certified by CSA, DNV, UL, LROS, RINA, GOST, CCC, BV, GL. It is used in motor control, and resistive load applications.
- 3-poles, 3NO pole contact composition
- 300VDC for power circuit, 1000VAC 25 to 400Hz for power circuit (rated operational voltage)
- DC standard control circuit, 24VDC control circuit voltage, 1NO + 1NC auxiliary contact composition
- Conforming to IEC 60947 rated impulse withstand voltage
- 1400A at 440V for power circuit conforming to IEC 60947 (rated breaking capacity)
- 24W AC-1, 13.5W AC-3 (power dissipation per pole)
- Rail plate mounting support, mechanical durability is 8Mcycles
- Operating rate is 1200cyc/h at
= 60°C, signalling circuit frequency from 25Hz to 400Hz - IP20 front face conforming to IEC 60529 degree of protection
- Permissible ambient air temperature range from -40°C to 60°C
