Product Overview
ATV320U02M2C is an Altivar 320 variable speed drive that can feed single-phase synchronous and asynchronous motors. Its compact form factor allows vertical stacking of drives inside machine frames. Its robust design with IEC 60721-3-3 class 3C3 coated printed circuit boards allows for extended machine availability in harsh environmental conditions, for example at ambient temperatures of up to 60°C without the need for additional cooling. It incorporates functions suitable for the most common applications, including torque and speed accuracy at very low speeds, high dynamic performance with flux vector control without a sensor, and extended frequency range for high-speed motors. It conforms to international standards IEC/EN 61800-5-1 and IEC/EN 61800-3 (immunity and conducted and radiated EMC emissions). It is also CE, UL, CSA, NOM, EAC and RCM certified.

- 200 to 240V - 15...10% rated supply voltage, 1.5A nominal output current
- 0.18kW heavy-duty motor power, Class C2 EMC filter integrated
- IP20 degree of protection, brake chopper integrated
- 170…200% of nominal motor torque, 0.599KHz max output frequency
- 2 to 16KHz adjustable, 4 to 16KHz with derating factor (switching frequency)
- 3.4A 200V heavy duty, 2.8A 240V heavy duty) line current
- 3.4A maximum input current per phase, 240V maximum output voltage
- 50-60Hz network frequency, dimension is 72 x 143 x 109mm (W x H x D)
- Ambient air temperature range from -10 to 50°C without derating
