Product Overview
LMR1001YF-CE2 is a single, automotive zero drift low offset voltage rail-to-rail input/output CMOS operational amplifier. It is suitable for sensor amplifiers, engine control unit, electric power steering, anti-lock braking system and all automotive application. Application includes engine control unit, electric power steering (EPS), anti-lock braking system (ABS), all automotive application, battery-powered equipment, current sense amplifiers, input, output ADC, and DAC buffers, photodiode amplifiers, sensor amplifiers.
- AEC-Q100 qualified (grade 1)
- 1μV typical input offset voltage (25°C, VS = 5V, VSS = 0V)
- 25nV/°C typical input offset voltage temperature drift (-40°C to +125°C)
- 850μA supply current typical (25°C, RL = ∞, G = 0dB)
- Large signal voltage gain is 145dB typical (25°C, RL = 10kohm)
- Common-mode input voltage is 5.0V max (25°C, VSS to VDD)
- 130dB common-mode rejection ratio typical (VICM = VSS to VDD, 25°C)
- 115dB power supply rejection ratio (VDD = 2.7 to 5.5V, 25°C)
- Slew rate is 1.3V/μs typical (RL = 10kohm, G = 0dB, 25°C)
- SOP8 package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
