Product Overview
BV1HD045EFJ-CE2 is an IPD series automotive 1ch 45mohm high-side switch with variable OCD and OCD mask function. It has built-in over current protection function, thermal shutdown protection function, open load detection function and under voltage lockout function. It is equipped with diagnostic output function for abnormality detection. Since this IC can arbitrarily set the over current protection value and the time until the limit is set by an external component, the optimum over current protection for the load can be easily realized. Application includes resistive load, inductive load, capacitive load.
- HTSOP-J8 package, operating temperature range from -40 to +150°C
- 6V to 28V power supply voltage operating range, 45m ohm on resistance (Tj=25°C, typ)
- 21A over current limit (Min), 0.5μA standby current (Tj=25°C, Max), 50mJ active clamp tolerance
- Dual TSD, AEC-Q100 qualified (grade 1)
- Built-in variable overcurrent limit function
- Built-in variable over current mask time setting function
- Built-in open load detection function
- Built-in under voltage lockout function, built-in diagnostic output
- Monolithic power management IC with control unit and power MOSFET on a single chip
- Low voltage operation (VBB = 4.3 V)
