The BR93H86RF-2CE2 is a serial EEPROM of Microwire (3-wire) bus interface in 8 pin SOP package. A serial EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory) is a non-volatile memory optimized for data retention with Microwire bus interface. This serial EEPROM operates at 2.5V to 5.5V making them ideal for battery powered devices.
- Memory size is 16Kbit, memory configuration is 1K x 16bit format
- Withstands electrostatic voltage up to 6KV
- Address auto increment function at READ operation
- Self timed programming cycle
- Program condition display by READY / BUSY(complementary)
- Low current consumption at write operation is 0.8mA, read operation is 0.5mA, standby is 0.1μA at 5V
- High reliability using double cell structure
- Data retention is more than 50 years and write cycles is more than 300,000 cycles(Ta≦125°C)
- Automotive grade AEC-Q100 qualified
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
