The BR25H640F-2CE2 is a serial EEPROM of SPI bus interface in 8 pin SOP package. A serial EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory) is a non-volatile memory optimized for data retention with SPI bus interface. This serial EEPROM operates at 2.5V to 5.5V making them ideal for battery powered devices.
- Memory size is 64Kbit, memory configuration is 8K x 8bit format and number of pages is 32byte
- High speed clock action up to 10MHz
- Wait function by HOLDB terminal, self-timed programming cycle
- Part or whole of memory arrays settable as read only memory area by program
- Page write mode useful for initial value write at factory shipment
- Low current consumption at write operation is 1.1mA, read operation is 1mA, standby is 0.1μA
- Address auto increment function at read operation
- Data retention is more than 100 years and write cycles is more than 1 million cycles
- Automotive grade AEC-Q100 qualified
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
