The BR25H320F-2CE2 is a 32Kbit serial EEPROM of SPI bus interface method in 8 pin SOP package. It has an address auto increment function at READ operation, prevention of write mistake such as write prohibition at power on, write prohibition by command code (WRDI) and write prohibition by WPB pin, write prohibition block setting by status registers (BP1, BP0) and write mistake prevention function at low voltage. It features data at shipment memory array is FFh, status register WPEN, BP1, BP0:0, data kept for 50years (Ta ≤ 125°C) and data rewrite up to 300000 times (Ta ≤ 125°C).
- Single supply voltage operate from 2.5V to 5.5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
- Automotive grade AEC-Q100 qualified
- Self timed programming cycle, high speed clock action up to 10MHz (max)
- Program condition display by READY/BUSY (complementary), wait function by HOLDB terminal
- Page write mode useful for initial value write at factory shipment
- For SPI bus interface (CPOL, CPHA) = (0, 0), (1, 1)
- Low supply current for read operation is 1mA (typ) at 5V and write operation is 1mA (typ) at 5V
- Low supply current for standby operation is 0.1μA (typ) at 5V
- Bit format of 4K x 8bit
