R5F524UBADFB#30 is a powerful 32bit motor control microcontroller with built-in differential amplifiers and safety systems. It features a 32-bit microcontroller ideally suited for dual inverter control with a built-in floating-point unit (FPU) that enables it to easily execute complex inverter control algorithms. The built-in differential programmable gain amplifier and the provided safety system help reduce the application system cost down.
  • RXv2 CPU, 256KB program memory, 8KB data flash, 32KB RAM
  • Supply voltage range from 2.7 to 5.5V, 80MHz maximum operating frequency, 110 I/O ports
  • 6 UART, 7 SPI, 7 12C, 1 ch CAN, DMA, 8bit x 8-ch and 12bit x 22-ch timer, 12bit x 22-ch ADC
  • 8bit x 2-ch DAC, 1 watchdog, LVD
  • CISC harvard architecture with 5-stage pipeline, variable-length instructions, ultra-compact code
  • Low power design and architecture, three low power consumption modes
  • On-chip code flash memory, on-board or off-board user programming
  • Data transfer functions, four transfer modes
  • Reset and supply management, seven types of reset, including the power-on reset
  • 144 lead LFQFP package, operating temperature range from -40 to + 85°C
