Product Overview
The RP-0506S from Recom Power is a RP-xx06S series 1W DC/DC converter in SIP7 package for GaN application. The high slew rate GaN transistor drivers require an isolated 6V supply with high isolation voltage and low isolation capacitance. The RP-xx06S series have been specially designed to fulfil this demanding requirement with 5200VDC isolation and
- 5V nominal input voltage
- 6V output voltage, 167mA output current
- High 5.2KVDC isolation in compact size, low isolation capacitance (10pF max)
- 81% typical efficiency
- 1000µF max capacitive load
- 250ms typical start-up
- 120KHz maximum internal operating frequency
- 100mVp-p output ripple and noise
- Line regulation of ±1.2% (typ), load regulation of ±15% (max)
- UL and EN certified
