Product Overview
High-temperature masking tape and dots offer an ideal solution for protecting the gold fingers of printed circuit boards during processes like wave soldering or solder dipping. Additionally, they serve well as masking agents for solder waves and provide electrical insulation. Constructed from polyimide, these tapes are equipped with a pressure-sensitive adhesive featuring silicon resin. This combination ensures outstanding dielectric insulation, high resistance to heat, and excellent tolerance against solvents. Consequently, the tape maintains exceptional dimensional stability and retains superior electrical and physical properties across a broad temperature spectrum.
