Product Overview
131-1-A-5/1D is a 131 series high voltage mini-SIL/SIP reed relay. It is a highest quality vacuumed, sputtered ruthenium reed switch and it has an internal mu-metal magnetic screen which allows side by side stacking without magnetic interaction. This relay is intended for voltages very much higher than standard small SIL relays and this relay is ideal for applications such as cable testers, mixed signal/semiconductor testers, backplane testers, high voltage instrumentation, in-circuit test equipment or other applications where high voltage capability is required.
- 100% tested for dynamic contact resistance
- Smallest high voltage reed relay
- 1 Form A (energize to make) SPST N.O. configuration
- Operating temperature range is -20°C to +85°C
- Coil voltage is 5V, Coil resistance is 250 ohm
- Maximum contact resistance is 0.17ohm
- Maximum operating voltage is 3.75V , minimum operating voltage is 0.5V
- Power rating is 10W, maximum switch current is 0.7A
- Maximum switching volts is 1000V, minimum stand-off voltage is 1500V
- Life expectancy is 10⁸, internal diode is added
