Product Overview
108-1-A-5/1D is a 108 series general purpose Micro-SIL® SIL/SIP reed relay. It is a highest quality instrumentation grade reed switch. It has internal mu-metal magnetic screen which provides very high resistivity resin. Mu-metal is used as steel because of its high permeability and low magnetic remanence. This construction totally eliminates the risk of magnetic interaction problems. It is ideal for high-end instrumentation applications.
- Coil voltage is 5V
- Coil resistance is 500 ohm
- Maximum contact resistance is 0.15 ohm
- Maximum operating voltage is 3.75V at 25°C
- Minimum operating voltage is 0.5V at 25°C
- Power rating is 20W
- Maximum switch current is 1.0A
- 1 Form A configuration, comes with internal diode
- Life expectancy is 10⁹
- Maximum switching volts is 200V, operating temperature range is -20°C to +85°C
