Product Overview
101-1-C-5/3D is a 101 series change over CMOS drive SIL/SIP reed relay. It is a highest quality instrumentation grade reed switch. It is encapsulated in plastic package with internal mu-metal magnetic screen. This relay have very high coil resistances. A 5V dry versions may be driven directly from 74HC or 74HCT logic without the need for additional drivers. 74HC logic will drive up to 4mA at 5V, therefore a coil resistance of 1600 ohms is desirable to avoid running the IC at its maximum rating.
- Stacking on 7.62mm pitch
- Board space may be saved by eliminating the need for drivers
- Two pole relay requires the same board area as the single pole type
- 1 Form C configuration, comes with internal diode
- Coil voltage is 5V, power rating is 3W
- Coil resistance is 1600 ohm, coil contact resistance is 0.20 ohm
- Maximum operating voltages is 3.75V at 25°C, minimum operating voltage is 0.5V at 25°C
- Maximum switch current is 0.25A
- Maximum switching volts is 200V
- Life expectancy is 10⁷, operating temperature range is -20°C to +85°C
